Very cozy and charming bed and breakfast~ The electric fireplace added a cute touch to the room. Bed and linens were comfortable. And the complimentary cookies and drinks were a delight.

It was a really wonderful room experience. Very cute room, very clean, and smelled nice. Very comfortable and great shower. I appreciate that it was also comfortable in terms of temp… on the cooler side.👍 Tiny issue with the sink draining properly; but received a quick apology and assurance that they’d be sending in maintenance to resolve the issue. They were unaware of the problem. Super cute and appreciated the Irish motif and the cookies. We’ll definitely stay again.

The room was so cute! It was decorated nicely and had a great bathroom and shower. The walls are a little thin, so you'll hear your neighbors, but it was a great place to stay.

Our stay with JPH was excellent. We enjoyed our stay, and the communication with us was excellent. We particularly liked that this was a pet-free accommodation and allowed true service dogs only. The Inn’s cat was adorable, and was not allowed indoors. For me, I have developed severe cat and dog saliva and dander allergies. Thank you for planning and addressing our concerns early, and taking our requests seriously. You have gained our trust and appreciation. We will see you again in the future. Clean, quiet rooms, with excellent house keeping. All of the other guest were very respectful.

We love saying at the J Patrick Inn! It is such a beautiful property and so calm and relaxing! Everything is taken care of, even down to cookies for snack time! Coffee AND tea to make and enjoy on a foggy morning. The breakfast is wonderful, too; just don't forget to add it on to your reservation if you book through a site other than J Patrick's own website! Best place ever!!

Very clean, easy communication and checkin and out. The beddings and things are a bit old but well maintained. Hotels.com, please work with them so we can have the option for the free breakfast. Hotels.com didn't tell me that they offer free hot breakfast if you book through their website.
