"This property was in an excellent location, close to both old town and the central business area. There were lots of stores and places to eat close by there is an elevator. There is a part-time staff that cleans the rooms every day but if you need help most of the time, nobody is there. The rooms are very small but very clean. I recommend it."

"Great location in San Sebastián. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony was adorable."

"Be very careful when booking this property. This is NOT at Hotel, more of an apartment. It's in a great part of town, however, entrance to the building is not secure, the stairs are quite dark at night, etc. so be careful. What's more, the facility has SHARED bathrooms, something not clear in the booking. I'm a grown man. I don't share bathrooms with strangers. Check in wasn't super clear, no one met me upon arrival and I had to call someone to let me in. Because of all of this, I...

"No air conditioning, just a small fan on the ceiling which doesn't work unless the light is on. No double bed. Mattress quite uncomfortable. Toilet and room spotlessly clean, and the owner was very kind. The location is perfect to visit the main spots close by the beach"
