A beautiful, clean, and convenient hotel. We have stayed here twice during our recent trips, and it never disappoints. The property is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is very convenient. During this visit, the pool was under construction, so we were unable to use it. However, the hotel thoughtfully offered transportation to a sister property where guests could enjoy the pool facilities, which we appreciated. As always, the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

This hotel seems best suited for business stays. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable; however, they lack a mini fridge, which would be a basic amenity for storing food. We experienced an issue with the in-room safe that was not resolved by the staff. Additionally, when a family member tried to send us dinner on the night we arrived, we found it inconvenient that the hotel did not accept online or card payments for this type of service. They were required to come in person and pay at the front desk. Aside from these points, the hotel is well located, and the staff is generally kind and attentive. With a few small improvements, the overall experience could be significantly more comfortable and convenient.
