El staff brinda un terrible servicio y son unos estafadores. Yo hice mi reservación con tiempo y me la cobraron en el momento. Cuando llega la hora de hospedarnos nos salen con que no encontraban nuestra reservación, la habitación ya estaba vendída, que la del front desk tal vez se equivocó y no pudo que está reservado ya la habitación. Nunca nos dieron el pin para entrar a la casa y estuvimos afuera un buen rato hasta que salieron unos chicos y así pudimos entrar ya que después de la primera llamada cuando dijieron que ocupaban 15 min para encontrar la sbitacion después no nos querían contestar las llamadas y nosotros afuera en la calle. No nos hicieron refund resulta que nosotros teníamos que comunicarnos con la aplicación de Expedia para que nos hicieran el reembolso cuando la culpa era de ellos y hasta el día de hoy no nos dieron ninguna solución ni tampoco nos devolvieron nuestro dinero y aparte de eso vendieron nuestra reservación cuando ya estaba pagada con anticipo. Y el Servicio Al Cliente es pésimo en la casa en que nos hospedaríamos no hay ninguna persona o ni un staff dentro de la propiedad que te brinde apoyo o servicio alguno todo es por llamada
