A great Hotel a short walk from the Main Street. (But a hill for the last 100m) Very clean, great staff, nice/small pool and coffee in the morning. Spardely furnished but comfortable bed.

Nice, clean rooms. Nice pool to cool off in, the swings are a nice touch. The hotel is located a little ways up a dirt road, but we had no problem with this. It was actually great that it was away from the noise of the main road and lively streets of Zipolite.

FAIR WARNING, this place does not offer any hot or warm water in their bathrooms. I really don’t like to write bad reviews but in this case I felt that I should let people know so they’re not unpleasantly supposed like I was. One just assumes all hotel bathrooms offer hot and cold water. It wasn’t that the hot water was not working, they simply do not offer it at this place. Even the customer service at Expedia was surprised. Unless you like cold showers you might want to consider somewhere else. It’s also very noisy specially since it seems the people next door tend to like to work on things starting at midnight.

BEWARE!

This property is advertised as one thing, but things go south once you get there. No hot water, No AC, NO tv, and No wifi. it is a room and a bed to sleep on. I would not stay here ever, the only reason we booked here was because they offer on-site-parking, yet, the street to get to it is undrivable. The first photo is what you book, second photo is what you get. they accomodate us on an off-property (next to it acomodation) so basically false advertising. they shoud be aware that what they offered influence whether or not people go back to a place, they messed up our stay.

Es un buen hotel, con buena ubicación aunque no está en la playa, todo queda cerca a pie. Cuenta con las necesidades básicas, aire acondicionado, plancha y secadora, además el balcón es muy acogedor. Regresaría sin duda.

El acceso es en subida por un camino de terracería muy descuidado. A pesar de mi auto SUV 4x4 fue difícil. Las habitaciones pequeñas limpias bonitas. La alberca muy pequeña y poco funcional. Definitivamente no es familiar. Y ninguna forma de revertir la reserva. A pesar de que ellos aceptaban los problemas. Muy a disgusto con esta reservación. Es mas un hostal muy caro, que un hotel barato.

Todo muy bien! Los chicos que atienden súper educados y serviciales! La alberquita muy limpia! Te regalan café x las mañanas MUY BIEN! Si le falta a/a un ventilador de techo no es suficiente y arreglar bien la rampa del estacionamiento ! (Sería lo único malo) Pero si me vuelvo a quedar ahí
