San Pedro de Putina Punco Packages (Flight + Hotel)

The room was OK. It had mould around the shower, and the vaneer in the toilet had peeled away from moisture. The room smelled a bit funky, and the first night I woke up with bite marks on my ankles... For the money and location though, its something I could live with in Vegas. The thing that has brought the rating down for me was the staff at the check-in desk. Really miserable, and although I had booked a twin room, said that I had a single King. I asked for this to be changed and surprise, surprise, wanted more money. Also, beware that theres a 50 dollar a day tax added, as well as parking charges if you have a motor.

Thanks to the guest agent Marilyn! She was very professional and knowledgeable also recommended a room with an incredible view of the heart of the strip. We were not disappointed. Night time entertainment in the casino was extraordinary. Great DJ! He had even the seniors nodding their head and singing along, lol!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was super clean and spacious. I would certainly come again. Thanks for your attention to details.

We stayed at the W Hotel for the Guns N’ Roses concert at Allegiant Stadium, and the location couldn’t have been better — quick, easy access and no hassle getting to the venue. Our room itself was gorgeous: huge, beautifully designed, with a fantastic shower, a separate bath, and plenty of space for clothes. We also really appreciated having an extra restroom. However, a few things let the stay down. When we asked reception why there were two pairs of slippers but only one robe, we were told that rooms only come with one robe — which felt absolutely ridiculous for a double‑occupancy room. There was also no kettle available when we requested one. From our window, all we could hear were the air‑conditioning units outside, which was disappointing given the otherwise lovely room. Amenities were surprisingly limited for a hotel at this level — just shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The gym was a standout, though: genuinely well equipped and far better than many hotel gyms we’ve seen around the world. We were annoyed that building work wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and the Sky Lounge was closed without warning. Reception also felt understaffed; yes, digital check‑in/out was offered, but I prefer speaking to a human and having the chance to ask questions. Room service arrived in bags rather than on a trolley. Overall, a beautiful room in a great location.
