Nice room, nice location and nice staff

What an incredible property!! I recommend this place to anyone visiting Mexico City. It’s on a quiet street right in the middle of everything. The place is maintained incredibly well. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The food for breakfast was amazing with tons of options. Overall this place was awesome. Great price too. Will be staying here again when visiting Mexico City in the future. Can’t recommend this place enough. Beds were nice, pillows comfy, showers hot, and beautiful views.

What a gem of a hotel! The staff were so warm and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and beautiful. Loved the Molton Brown products and high quality bedding/towels. Such a homey/cozy place to stay in a bustling city. Can't wait to visit them again and stay longer than one night!

Tuve una excelente estancia en Rubén Darío 38. La ubicación es inmejorable, en una zona muy tranquila y segura de Polanco, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, parques y puntos de interés. El departamento estaba impecable, muy bien equipado y decorado con excelente gusto. Las instalaciones son modernas, cómodas y perfectas tanto para descansar como para trabajar. Destaco especialmente la limpieza, la atención del equipo y la comodidad de las camas. Todo el proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy sencillo. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo ampliamente para quienes buscan una estancia cómoda y de gran nivel en Ciudad de México.
