The room and restaurant pool surroundings were all very good. What let us down was the hotel has two sections and we were the further sections at the Refugio. If you’re also wanting closer to the main town it is at least a 10 minute good walk. Which we didn’t expect. Our fault. Being at the refugee also a little further out.

Perfect stay

Very nice property and everyone was very friendly. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Prepared breakfast for our early departure (4:30 am for Geysers del Tatio). Would definitely recommend this property!

We loved our stay here - a little oasis in the middle of the dessert. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast great! Plus a free glass of sparkling wine to start out each night!

This was an amazing 5 day stay. Lidia at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind to us, helping us with orientation to the town and some communication with tour operators. The hotel also arranged inexpensive shuttle transportation to and from the airport in Calama.

This hotel is a beautiful property located in an amazing town. The property is immaculate, well maintained and very comfortable. We love the minimalist aspect of the room including the pleasing absence of a television. The staff is very professional and very helpful. Each days activities required a box lunch and each day this was ready for us before we left no matter how early. 5-stars for this property.
