"What can I say about this awesome location besides it was a great overnight stay. The staff was over the top helpful helping me navigate through the town to the places I needed to meet up with others my room was amazing just watching the planes take off made my day. "Loved our stay here! The hotel is new, stylish, and ideally located. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, and the spa is excellent. Housekeeping did a fabulous job every day. Breakfast was also very good, with fresh and tasty options. For guests staying several days, however, a bit more variety and rotation in the breakfast offerings would make the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"When arriving late or early morning like 1am you want staff friendly fast and knowledgeable. This staff hit on every topic. I didn't know what to expect. I was blown away that the General Manager came out to assist me at that hour after the front desk staff checked me in. Thos is a beautiful property and they assisted with getting me checked in at the Intercontinental the next day. I will ne back"

"Very nice property a short walking distance to the Malecon (Love Park, Larcomar shopping center) and nearby restaurants. You can also walk the Malecon heading south to the Barranco district, or north to the LUM museum and beyond.

"The hotel was amazing. However we had to give a deposit for the stay for 2 rooms we had. Its been almost 3 weeks since we left and they havent send my deposit back. I called the hotel and pretty much was given excuses as they dont do the refunds its another company they have to investigate literally the run around

"We stayed for 7 days and really enjoyed the hotel. Location is near perfect. Very safe area. Food, shopping, pharmacy, grocery etc all just steps away. A short walk to Kennedy Park. A beautiful walk to Barranco along the ocean ( 20 minutes ). If you can get a room on the 6th floor it’s a plus. Pool and gym on that floor.
