Yes, the rooms were clean. Some of the staff members were friendly, a couple were not. I was charged $23 more than what was quoted by Expedia. Their reason was the exchange rate had changed since I made the reservation. The breakfast buffet is limited and was the same for the 3 days we were there. Great place to stay, but be prepare to use taxis, Uber and private drivers.

Cat in the reception bit my 6yo when he stopped petting it. Puncture wound on the top and bottom of hand. Happened when I had to go back to the room for pesos to buy a juice because Ethel could t take a cc for the drinks and when I returned they still charged us for the juices and said the cat never does that. Also charged us for two nights since we checked in early. No compensation or reassurance that the cat was vaccinated. It is pretty and the beds were large. The cook was really nice but the food was pretty ordinary.

El hotel vita grand esta bonito, aunque las habitaciones mal distribuidas, no me agradó que lo que consideran closet para poner la ropa este dentro del baño, tampoco hay señalización de cual es la llave de agua caliente o fría para ducharte, de todos modos abrias cualquiera y no salía agua caliente, tuvimos que incomodar a la seño de recepción y solo nos dijo que esperáramos a que saliera caliente y ya llevábamos mas de media hora esperando a que saliera el agua caliente, pero que así esta diseñado el hotel, tiene grandes areas verdes muy bonitas, y otras 2 albercas que a mi parecer seria mejor quitarles toda el agua podrida. Desde la ciudad de San Miguel de Allende si esta disponible el servicio de uber ó didi, pero no puedes solicitar ese mismo servicio desde el hotel vita gran.

El hotel es limpio, grande, bonito a la vista, las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas, super limpias y modernas. La alberca tambien es muy bonita. Y el personal siempee fue muy atento, cordial y educado en todo momento. Sin duda es una muy buena opcion costo-beneficio. El WiFi definitivamente tiene mucho que mejorar, es muy inestable, se conecta y desconecta, y no llega en algunas habitaciones. La señal del celular es casi nula, por lo que dependes completamente del WiFi del hotel. Adicional las ventanas de las habitaciones solo tienen persianas, pero no totalmente obscuras, por lo que entra toda la luz del sol en las mañanas y no puedes seguir descansando.

En general las instalaciones y la habitación estaban muy bien, lo malo, reservé con desayuno incluido y no me querían respetar el desayuno de un menor, el buffet muy limitado, un día fuimos varios huéspedes y hubo mal servicio en el área del restaurante, la alberca según está climatizada pero estaba muy fría el agua, no hacen que se cumplan las reglas para la alberca, había señoras dentro con leggins y playera, igual para entrar al restaurante personas mojadas y en toalla.
