The facility is kept clean, beautiful architecture, when I say facility that's what many of the locals have said, that it was a rehab center about three years ago. It's eerie indeed, there was no Wi-Fi, no hot water, there are no phones in the rooms; Jacuzzi tub did not work, only a small fan in the room and there are no windows to the outside of the building Unfortunately we could not go to another hotel, so we stayed the 5 days we paid for, it far from the center, you have to take a taxi every time you go out price ranges from 85-125 pesos each way, it adds up. I do not recommend this place

El hotel excelente padrisimo muy bonito.

El hotel muy padre, no se veia la TV algo tenia el sistema de cable que no se veia pero bien. Lo único es que está un poco más lejos del centro como dice en la app, pero fuera de eso muy padre y los precios mucho más baratos directo en el hotel.

Malos servicios en hotel bonito , no recomiendo

La verdad tiene apariencia de hotel 5 estrellas y con la falta de servicio deja mucho que desear, por ejemplo no hay sistema de comunicacion de cuartos a la administracion , no ponen vasos para tomar agua, no ponen botellas de agua, hay muchos moscos y aunque pedi fumigaran,no lo hicieron, no hay aire acondicionado, solo un pequeno ventilador y no daba lo suficiente, no quiero pensar en epocas de mucho calor,sin servicio de restaurante porque se van temprano debido talvez al poco flujo de huespedes. hotel bonito pero no regresaria por todo lo anterior.

You don’t get what you pay for

access to the hotel is through a cobblestone street, which adds time to your commute going into town, no near by restaurants or stores either Their restaurant only offer breakfast They advertise two pools online, only one works, The room has a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace that don’t work We had to take cold showers every day, first they said the valve was closed, second time they said the water heater was off I express my concerns to the hotel administrator, all I got in reply was a thank you for your comments, she also mentioned that she doubted there was no hot water because there's always is

Cold, Lifeless, and with no facilities

Staff wearing parkas and mitts in hotel with the rooms just as cold. Absolutely no amenities: no restaurant in hotel or surrounding area, no bar in hotel or surrounding area, no stores of any sort in surrounding area, no coffee or tea in hotel or surrounding area, no free breakfast, In the Room: no fridge, no ice, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no heat, no clock, no English TV channels, no window, not even one cheap plastic glass in the room. No sight-seeing information or maps available

La casa embrujada de frozzen.

La casa esta preciosa , mi habitación muy amplia pero, a pesar de estar a 3 grados centigrados solo tenia una cobija muy delgada y cuando quise pedir otra no atendieron mi llamada por lo que me tuve que dormir vestido para bajar el frío y por la mañana a la hora de bañarme no había agua caliente lo reporte tres veces, ahora si contestaron, me toco ir a trabajar sin bañarme, el jaccusi estaba descompuesto, en cuanto al desayuno que según estaba disponible, no hay tal, solo hay un pésimo servicio.

Alberca de agua helada, ni para que la anuncian.

El hotel está muy cuidado y limpio, muy bonito decorado pero las albercas son solo de adorno, el agua es helada, y los jacuzzi de los cuartos no sirven. Llegar al centro te toma unos 15 minutos solo qué hay mucho empedrado

The hotel is not near downtown. It's in the outskirts of town. The place is very nice quite large. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of sights and tours.

Bien pero necesitan mejorar

El hotel no está mal, la zona es residencial y está muy tranquila, el poco personal que había (2 personas) fue muy amable, la decoración es un poco anticuada (pero no rota o descuida), en lo personal eso no me importa, todo parecía bastante limpio y en su lugar, tiene muy poco personal y no hay servicio al cuarto, las albercas no tienen calentador y estaban frías aún la exterior con el calor que hacía, la descripción de la habitación dice que tiene jacuzzi pero no funciona ninguno y esto parece que ya tiene bastante tiempo porque lo mencionan en una carta enmicada que dejan en la habitación, yo elegí la suite por el jacuzzi, la taza del baño tiene una puerta muy pequeña de vidrio esmerilado lo que me parece incómodo si necesitas usarlo ya sabes para que, en general no estuvo mal pero por 1500 pesos la noche yo esperaba más, por lo menos que funcionara el jacuzzi

Me rayaron el carro afuera. No hay estacionamiento

El servicio y las instalaciones son muy buenas. Pero no cuenta con estacionamiento y debes dejar tu vehículo en la calle. En la mañana amaneció mi carro rayado y estoy 100% seguro de que fue allí. No es culpa del hotel, pero les sugiero no ir hasta que pongan vigilancia para los carros durante la noche. La experiencia fue decepcionante, pues por muy bueno que sea el hotel, si afuera te rayan el carro ya no quieres volver allí.

Hotel Hermoso en Obras de Arte

EL Hotel es precioso, con obras de arte, sin embargo esta alejando del centro mucho y no cuenta con forma de poder solicitiar un cafe para la tarde, No colocaron vasos en el baño para laverse los dientes, y las camas empotradas son muy individuales pequeñas, la oferta que tomamos al final no valió la pena
