We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, the pool area was very nice and we had a very quiet stay. In our opinion, the property is overpriced as we paid over $300 Canadian to stay here and if they want to charge that much, it definitely needs some refurbishing. We would return again, but would see a much lower rate in order to do so. The restaurant had varying service between dinner and breakfast. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was really quite poor.

Llegamos para quedarnos una noche ya que teníamos una boda en San Miguel .. la habitación tiene buen tamaño, nos tocó en piso superior y no hay elevador tienes que cargar tu equipaje ,, La iluminación pésima ., no hay forma de poderte arreglar,, al llegar en la noche , ya para dormir , la cama king size súper ruidosa, rechina al Moverte y no te deja dormir … además lleno de moscos ,. Imposible pasar una noche tranquila .,, a la mañana siguiente no había agua caliente para bañarse,, La verdad no fue una buena experiencia ya que no dormimos y no nos pudimos bañar,, El lugar es espectacular en naturaleza, y la alberca se veía muy cómoda y linda ( no la usamos ) pero hay que ir con una actitud más a la naturaleza y no con expectativas de un hotel de 2840 pesos la noche con grandes comodidades ya que no las tiene ,,

Me encantó mi estancia en el hotel, el agua de la alberca la cambian diario y la temperatura es excelente pues no está fría ni tan caliente como para sofocarte. De noche y de día el hotel se ve muy bonito y la comida es muy buena, la atención del personal es magnífica. La música en la alberca tanto en la mañana como en la tarde es excelente.

Lo único que vale la pena es la alberca de agua termal, las instalaciones del hotel son viejas, la habitación "de lujo" con colchón viejo deforme, el baño huele a caño y los muebles de la habitación viejos, lo unico bueno es que estaba limpio. Caro para lo que ofrecen

Este hotel tiene aspectos muy interesantes que creo vale la pena mencionar: 1) cambian el agua de la alberca que es efectivamente termal todos los días; 2) queda a unos 15 min del centro de San Miguel; 3) sus instalaciones no son nuevas, de hecho podrían invertir en teles mejores, pero funcionan; 4) Tiene 2 albercas y 2 jacuzzis pero no se usan. En la mañana es verdaderamente un agasajo ver esa agua caliente, transparente y disfrutar de las albercas impecables. Sin embargo como dan Day Pass en la tarde están las albercas muy sucias. Esto entorpece usarlas ya en la tarde. El desayuno es bueno, la comida sin mayores pretensiones. Los colchones un poco rígidos. Por lo demás un 8/10 que podría mejorar si redujeran el número de externos que ingresan.
