I really loved staying at Casa Maricela B&B. The room was so clean and comfortable and in the perfect location. It also had beautiful decor and art in the rooms and throughout the B&B. The views from the top deck were absolutely stunning and the breakfast was amazing. All in all, I highly recommend Casa Maricela and I will absolutely be staying there again in the future!

Our room was nice and homey. We had a great stay. A good place to stay in San Miguel a little bit away from the center but close enough to be in the main plaza in a few minutes. We slept wonderfully and the staff is very nice.

Loved our stay here! Super-close to everything, clean and comfortable room, rooftop terrace was excellent and breakfast was delicious -- Guadalupe is an excellent cook. Would definitely return ... and hope to do so soon!

The property is very clean. The staff is wonderful. We had home cooked breakfast every morning. The view from the terrace is amazing. We could walk three blocks and we were in the main church square with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. You need to be able to walk up stairs. I would definitely stay there again.

The Casa Maricela is the perfect place to stay when in San Miguel De Allende. All the staff are amazing; very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Enjoyable stay!

Great place to stay. Staff is wonderful. Beautiful view from the roof. Great location, near everything, but, also peaceful and quiet. Very nice breakfast cooked to order. I would definitely return and I highly recommend this B & B.

Casa Maricela is a super place to meet other guests at breakfast and so walkable to the main square and the Parroquia. The breakfast is delicious and the staff so friendly and helpful. You are in the densely populated Centro so there is some noise on some weekend nights…. But that’s Mexico.

The location is perfect - a half-block from the pedestrian zone. Breakfast is to order, and the cooks are very accommodating - eggs, tacos, toast, salsas, beans, yogurt, etc. - in whatever combination you request. Great roof deck with unbeatable views. My room was charming, but small and without a view. Plumbing is old (understandably). There's only one staff person besides cooks and cleaners, and he can't do everything. Be careful if you have any mobility challenges. Sidewalks in SMA are treacherous. Casa Maricela has winding staircases and a trip hazard near the entrance.

This was a lovely place to stay, we stayed mid November 2024. The place was very clean and easy to get to. Would recommend taking a taxi from the bus station as the roads are very windy and cobblestoned. The host and staff were very friendly. The roof top terrace had a great view of the city and a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the sun! I would highly recommend this place!

Private hidden oasis in heart of downtown

Arrived late and Marcelo let us in and showed us to our rooms and gave a quick tour of property including beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the beautiful town.
