The staff was incredibly polite and kind. The rooms were very clean and we were asked if we wanted the rooms cleaned or simply just refresh towels. That was super nice. The AC in the room worked great, and the shower was hot! This is a great location and would recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling. You can feel the base until about 1am on a saturday night, but I would hope you stay out and enjoy the nightlife anyways. So no noise complaints from us. I assume all hotels centrally located will have that issue.

Absolutely beautiful property and rooms. Very centrally located near the centro of the town so that made it easy to navigate. The staff was very friendly from the front desk, concierge and the kitchen staff. Very comfortable bed, and the design of the rooms was top-notch

The staff is great, the place is a beautiful colonial house but there are so many cons: the bathroom in the room doesn't have an air extractor fan, not even a bathroom odor spray; there is just one mirror in the bathroom, so if you are thinking in use the place to go to a wedding simply don't, you will not be able to prep yourself; as it is a small house and there are tables

First time at the Orchid House and absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Fabiola and Luis were amazing. Fabiola is a great chef and is so genuinely kind and the fact that she is also a great cook is an absolute plus. Loved her chilaquiles and banana bread. Luis was also very kind and helpful. Will totally come back

Beautiful, small, and quaint property conveniently located near city center with a lovely courtyard and garden. Breakfast was delicious and morning staff friendly. We were a little disappointed bc we booked a suit, and the room was not available the first night. The hotel did offer us a voucher for breakfast. Also, the evening staff was a little rude as he asked me to not use the wash cloth to wash my face or remove makeup. I am not sure what other use a wash cloth would have? There was not a black wash cloth for makeup removal in the room until the third night. The hotel should have made that available in lieu of admonishing their guests.

The room was spotless, absolutely so comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and most notably, Juan and Roberto were amazing hosts, with great recommendations and service. So kind and gracious! Will absolutely stay again!

We loved orchid house immediately for its old world charm . The staff was exceptional particularly Juan and Fabriola . The location is great. We loved meeting the other guests, and we felt very much at home for the week we stayed there.

This place is magical! Only six rooms and a total staff of seven make this hotel intimate and personal. Beautifully remodeled old building two blocks from the main square. The decor is amazing and there are peaceful courtyards and gardens in which to relax. The two on-site managers, Juan and Carlos, are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The best part, however, is the breakfast chef, Fabriola. Be sure to order one of her fabulous breakfasts from the menu, a five-star experience at a bargain price!
