NEVER MORE IN THIS HOTEL

The heat in the room was terrible, we couldn´t sleep for 2 nights, finally we went to another place and paid both. The hotel is far away from the city and from the sky center so we had to take Uber or Taxis, to do this you need to call them 1 hour before, pray, and when they arrive another 30 minutes to the city. The hotel was full of kids shouting and running!!!

Esperava mais devido a categoria e valor da diária

Estive hospedado por 8 dias e, infelizmente, a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado para um hotel de 4 a 5 estrelas. Logo na chegada, não recebemos orientações básicas sobre o funcionamento do hotel — horários, reservas, recreação ou alimentação. Como o hotel fica a 30 minutos do centro, o mínimo esperado é ter estrutura para refeições no local. No primeiro dia, tive três frustrações: o brinde prometido (espumante no quarto) não foi entregue; o almoço foi negado mesmo com o pedido feito dentro do horário; e, à noite, o jantar também foi recusado por falta de reserva — sendo que ninguém nos orientou sobre essa necessidade no check-in. A estrutura é bonita, mas com sinais claros de falta de manutenção: poltronas rasgadas e desbotadas, academia com poucos equipamentos antigos e sem acessórios básicos. O café da manhã, embora razoável, repetiu o mesmo cardápio durante todos os dias. O atendimento foi limitado, com poucos funcionários, serviço lento e falhas de comunicação com a equipe de recreação. Tive reservas confundidas e mensagens desencontradas que dificultaram a experiência. Esperava mais organização, atenção e hospitalidade. O hotel tem potencial, mas precisa de melhorias urgentes na gestão e no cuidado com o hóspede.

Aconchegante e inesquecível!

Foi incrível! Nos sentimos muito aconchegados. As pessoas da equipe são muito especiais! Desde os recepcionistas, as pessoas do staff, até os atendentes do restaurante. Ah, e o restaurante é muito bom! O lugar também é lindo demais!

La persona que nos hizo el check in no nos atendió bien, le dijimos que mi esposo era celiaco y resulta que ella sabe más de la celiaquia que el propio enfermo. Personal no acorde a la categoría, restaurante con carta precaria y precios excesivos,no tienen buena atención en general , queda muy lejos , sacan foto del baúl cuando entras y te hacen bajar a abrir el baúl cada vez que entras y salís, es incómodo
