Ahhh-mazing!!! One of the most beauuutiful hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Having a historical hotel/mansion/palace/museum to tour was a thrilling bonus! The underground tunnel was so exciting! Everyone was friendly. Staff always brought our car immediately. No controversial political agendas on display. Super welcoming. Should have stayed here for our entire stay versus visiting other hotels as we did.

Great amazing hotel. Wish WiFi was better but overall amazing stay, great location and the most amazing staff
We had the most magical experience at this hotel. The environment is historic and beautiful. The staff was so attentive, and the breakfast was perfect in the morning. There was valet parking when we arrived and an elevator to our room. The location is great for walking to the downtown. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.
First, the establishment is beautiful. Ask for a tour, it will be one visual "wow" experience after another. Second, the staff is so helpful, friendly and competent. The rooms are furnished with high quality antiques that function as well as modern pieces.
Never experienced a hotel museum before make some extra time to take a tour of the place. The staff was very professional and friendly will be returning whenever I am in the area.
We staying here at palacio for two nights with Two teens and this was an mazing experience. Rooms were beautiful. Food was very delicious. Staff was great . And at the end we had a tour of palace and it was awesome! Ps don’t forget to reserve your massage there also .

I’ve traveled all over the world, and every time I visit San Luis Potosí, this is my top choice. The place is stunning and full of history—truly one of a kind. The staff is exceptional: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Great food is just a short walk away, and the VIP parking service makes everything effortless. Just pull up to the front, and they take care of the rest. The interior of the hotel is breathtaking, and the overall experience is consistently outstanding.
Hands down the most unique Hotel stay of my life. Words simply can't do it justice. Imagine traveling back in time to the 1800's. Definitely ask for the tour of the hotel
14th century wooden furniture is gorgeous. I felt safe leaving the balcony doors of my room open all night. Marble floor in shower. Staff is 5 star, too.
This property is a jewel!!! Every detail has been taking care of. The building is breath taking! Pictures on line does not give it justice! The suites are espectacular! All services are high end. Old time meets new era in this magnificent museum. The tour is a must, please tip the tour guide!
Staff is courteous and knowledgeable.
The staff was AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! They offloaded our luggage and carried it to the room for us. They gave us a tour even though it was just our family and we needed it to be quick since we had a plane to catch. I wish I would have gotten his name, one gentleman helped get our luggage back to the car and let us feed the horse. The hotel is so beautiful and well worth the money to stay at. Easy to walk to many squares in the city center. I would definitely stay there again. Only suggestion I have is to put a trash can in the bedroom. The tiny one in the bathroom for toilet paper isn’t much for a family of 4. The bedroom needs a trash can for room waste. Other than that, it was very comfortable!
Our seven days stay was perfect! Everyone was friendly, attentive and extremely cordial. The hotel and museum tour was very impressive and quite interesting. The food was good, but it could use a little bit more less authentic food.
We have amazing time , the people who take care of us was amazing, the hotel is gorgeous, Don javier and los muchachos en la cocina the best, the front Pamela and the others, amazing, we are going to go back soon !!
The location is AMAZING and the hotel itself is GORGEOUS! It was a former monastery and some of the architechtural features are truly stunning. If you are visiting San Luis Potosi this has to be one of the best options available for sure. Also, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous.
