One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This place is in a great area, which is why I thought it would be a good option to stay. Can not believe they charge $100 a night for this. After checking in I went to the room just to find the room that they had given me had not been cleaned! Undone bed, used towels in the shower. We to the reception and they gave me another room, and to my surprise it was the same situation. They ended up given me a “JR suite” but this room was filthy, hairs in the tub, hairs on the pillows completely filthy. Do not recommend

El hotel muy bonito áreas comunes muy limpias, desafortunadamente la regadera del cuarto se inunda y cuando llegamos no estaba la regadera limpia y el Aire Acondicionado es muy ruidoso y no se puede con controlar la temperatura ni la velocidad

Internet de buena calidad, limpieza regular. EL desayuno es muy limitado y de los 5 platillos que ofrecen nos dieron papaya muy madura y no había pan para molletes. Un día nos ofrecieron ir por ellos y esperamos por mi hijo que quería molletes, avisamos que para el otro día los tuvieran y no fue así. Nuevamente fruta casi podrida.
