"Un lugar muy bonito para hospedarse, el personal muy amable y siempre atentos"

"Nice place. David is very helpful and professional"

"Average experience: no water bottles in the rooms"

"This hotel is located as part of the Polo Club in Quito. It is nestled in a quiet location of Quito that is accessible through a circuitous route along minor roads (from the airport). The rooms were enormous, like 20' x 40' with vaulted ceilings with a very old world charm of brick walls and beamed ceilings. Classic furnishings with a big fireplace make the space unique. There is a bit of funkiness to the overall space but very clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, both...

"The photo implied a pool ... no pool. It is a 45 min drive from the Quito airport!"

"Al llegar, la reserva no estaba realizada, pese a que se canceló con tarjeta nos tocó pagar en efectivo nuevamente. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la aplicación y al llegar a restaurante nos indicaron que debíamos pagar el desayuno. Pésima organización de parte del gerente o propietario. Al final del día nos dijeron que ese no era el establecimiento que reservamos, que justo tenia su nombre, su foto y su ubicación pero que no eran ellos. Nada recomendable, ni por el bajo costo."

"The staff was very accommodating, they were very helpful and even helped us keeping our bags safe after our check out. There are many place nearby to eat and visit, it’s also near a metro station!"

"Excellent location and the staff were all wonderful. I was trying to give 5 stars but I am on my phone and it would not fit within the screen. The breakfast was also excellent!"

Every location including the hotel are locked up super securely. The staff were great. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, a cheese tortilla, fruit, coffee or tea and great juice. We were in the room right off of the reception and it...

"Todo genial y el desayuno excelente"

"Terraza hermosa. Tranquilo."

"The hotel was very good overall. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We also received a room upgrade thanks to our Expedia Platinum status, which was a nice benefit, and the room itself was very spacious. The only things I didn’t particularly like were the television, which felt much too small for such a large room, and a noticeable motor-like noise that could be heard during the night. Aside from those minor issues, we had a very...
