Great choice to stay close to San Juan. Apartment and the pool was well cleaned and organized. Kitchen is equipped so you can cook your meals. Apt is close to beautiful beach areas, and it was quiet. The management was very responsive and helpful.

The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.

The room was clean, and the staff was courteous. The location was quiet and peaceful, and the rooms were nicely updated. I do wish they offered room service on a daily basis or at least upon request. It would also be helpful if basic replenishments (towels, garbage bags, trash removal, toiletries, etc.) were provided daily.

Sofa bed in room 6 was broken. In room 5 it’s okay. The house itself is very safe. Can’t get in not until it’s 3pm. The code to open the gate and the room is for safety purposes.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. Our official check-in time was 3:00 PM, but one incredibly kind staff member (I truly wish I had gotten her name) went above and beyond by personally contacting the owner to allow us to check in early. That level of care and initiative made such a difference and immediately set the tone for our stay. While this was not a tourist-heavy area, it was exactly what we were hoping for. It gave our kids the opportunity to experience real life in San Juan, which made the trip even more meaningful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again! recommend it!

The pool in acceptable and clean place and easy to get in, the contact person is reachable but they are not empathic persons if you have some issue like i had, they don't care or can be flexible or reasonable, for me my mom needed a few minutes more to get out after the check out time because her illness, everything for them is pro money not pro costumers they just see you like $$$$$$$$$$$ knowing that the person that gonna clean gonna be there way after you left ...but that is the difference between ppl that just like to make money and ppl who cares about real valuable costumers... never again

We made a reservation for 5 and it was very cramped for that number. The unit was lovely (except an oven would have been nice) and the pool was great! Our GPS put it one street over but the owner communicated promptly and all was good.

we loved the room; there are several apartments in one property in a safe area. the pool was really enjoyable. overall clean. the apartment was a little small but with very good use of space. One thing that would have been useful would be access to the washer dryer as there are no laundromats near by
