The property was very nice on the inside, but could use more room for storage of our suitcases. The biggest and most important concern was we had absolutely no running water. We were not made aware of this issue until 2 days prior to our arrival. We were told at this time that the property had a cistern, which inferred there should not be an issue with running water. Well upon our arrival we had absolutely no running water. We had no water out of the sinks nor the shower and no water to flush the toilets. We called the management company and were told they have no estimate on when the cistern would be filled. This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible on the property management to allow someone to rent the property with no running water. This was an uninhabitable property. I would not recommend this property as a place to stay, unfortunately. With their known water supply issues, it should not be posted for rent.

The communication with staff was amazing and made me very happy. The accommodations were nice however could’ve used a little better cleaning. Some minor things such as items under the beds that did not belong to us and a few leaks occurred during some rain but overall the property location was perfect and the customer service responded quickly addressing any concerns I had. Overall, we recommend the space and we will look forward to returning. Norma and Will H.

The location was nice and safe. The stay was pleasant. The beds were a little hard and loud. The water pressure was extremely light. The window in the master bathroom wouldn’t close completely. Very close walk to the beautiful beach.

This place has potential, unfortunately we had heavy rain during our stay which caused several leaks inside. I don’t feel that these were new leaks. We had leakage in the kitchen, living room/entry way, dining room and on the last day noted water in a bedroom light. Perhaps a new roof would alleviate the water issues? Location was good. Easy to walk to beach, restaurants and other stores. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms was a bonus for sleeping.

Six adults stayed for two nights prior to our cruise. The location was very good with good proximity to the airport and the cruise port. The beach was only a few minutes away which was fantastic.

Stayed here for spring break with 7 friends. It was a super clean property and communication with the host was amazing. The air conditioning worked great and each room has its own fan so you can adjust it, and it was a very easy walk to the beach. Overall it was perfect for what we needed and we had no problems at all.

The house is a good place to stay for friends and families. However, if you rely on internet access, this may not be a good option. I stayed for three nights and there was no Wi-Fi during my stay. I called 5–6 times to report the issue, and each time I was told a technician would come, but no one ever showed up. One day, the water supply also stopped. They said a water tanker would come, but fortunately the tank was refilled without one. Apart from these issues, the remaining amenities were good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this 3-bedroom home in San Juan. The gated community felt very safe, and we saw security patrolling regularly, which was reassuring. Having a designated parking spot was a plus. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the air conditioning kept every room cool and comfortable. Everything was as described, and it was a great place to relax after a day out. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean , location is 167 steps to the beach. I didn’t realize how close we were to the beach so that was such a nice surprise. The place is in a gated community, that closes at 6 pm. You’re able to access via the gate guard on camera. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and the living room was perfect size to hangout with everyone without feeling squished. We watched the sunrise , watched the sunset and ate at a restaurant that was 2 mins walking from the home. Walmart is 10 mins drive, airport about 8 min drive. Close to a lot of food spots and about a 12 min drive to Condado and 28min to old San Juan. Perfect location for my birthday trip and friends engagement ! Bear customer service was too notch and always answered when we called. Would recommend 10/10 and can’t wait to come back !! Thank you
