"I don’t even know where to start! This property was absolutely stunning! The staff were so incredibly welcoming and friendly. There’s so many things that make this an amazing place to stay! From the breath taking views from the rooms and roof top. To the unlimited complimentary bar. I would most definitely come back here in the future! Highly recommend! "

"Our stay at Hugo's was perfect in every way! They were so accommodating for us. The building was perfectly situated by the plaza where there was nighttime dancing and music. Walkable all over Old San Juan. Inside things were very clean, quiet and unique. Unique. Glad I didn't go with just another chain hotel. And then the bed... Seriously I was tempted to find the name brand of it. It was so incredibly comfortable!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Being “perfectly located” in Old San Juan means you’re within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, historic sites (forts, plazas, cathedrals), and shops. "My gf and I stayed here for the Bad Bunny concert, we got the apartment option so it was separate but right next to the hotel with our own entrance. Overall location is convenient, walkable to all things Viejo San Juan, lots of restaurants nearby. While it’s located near everything it is separate enough to not get a lot of foot traffic, so it’s nice and quiet and I didn’t have any safety concerns.
