A really nice hotel, every corner was nice, clean and cozy, with a lot of history behind it. Service and staff were nice and rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. The food was also really delicious, I will come back just to stay in this hotel.

Very nice hotel for Pasto with special events related to the Negroes y Blancos festival right at the hotel. Good location close to many things and avoids the craziness of the parade as its a few streets away

Great hotel in Pasto. Modern and chic, excellent reception and great location. Yes there is hot water. No there is not air conditioning, but the climate is cool and you can just open a window.

Staff scarce but helpful. Unusual design for a provincial capital: colourful, even glitzy, clean lines. Everything works by QR code which is not always reliable. Room lighting chic but no decent reading light over the bed. Brilliant breakfast. (I especially recommend the chicken soup.)

Hotel is nice a comfortable. I only had two issues…one the room was very hot and there is no individual control for temperature. They control it and it was too hot. Two,.. I had made a reservation for 4 people in one room. They only provided 2 towels. We called for additional towels on two occasions but we never received the towels. Other than that the rooms are spacious and clean.
