The room was fine, but the bathroom needs renovations, the faucet did not work properly, there was no hot water and the bathtub had a large crack/hole in it. The bathroom seems a very old and needs a makeover. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was nice but needed a lot of work. There was a lot of wear and tear. Staff were nice when you asked for something but the hotel was large. I had to find my way to my room and actually had to ask someone to show me where the lobby was when I was leaving because the signage wasn’t very good. Buffet breakfast was tasty and staff very friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and on the way to the city of San Jose. Customer service was excellent; Marcelo, in particular was very friendly and helpful. The hotel could use a fresh coat of paint, especially on the exterior.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. The hotel feels very aged and run down. There was no hot water in the shower, when we called the front dest they said the hot was not working that day but other guests mentioned this had been the case for several days. So we weren’t able to take showers.

It was very very outdated. Its was going back to the 60s, but the boring ambiance. The lightening makes it looks more boring. Like the hotel is in the same state as 50 years ago. For the rest. The bed was good. Shower horrible, 3 thick strings came out criss-cross. I booked a room with the jacuzzi, but in real life it didnt looked inviting. Butt,.. the staff is nice, helpfull as well. It was just one big boring experience. Im sorry guys, but I have to be honest.

Wonderful staff Public areas beautiful. Rooms could stand an upgraded. Our bathroom wasn't clean. Old soap in the soap dish and dust/ bugs in toilet. Maybe the room we had was empty for a while? But overall nice property with multiple pools and a great buffet breakfast with a huge selection.

The property is showing its age, but the location is convenient with free shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast is not included unless you opt for it when you make the reservation. The hot tub never got hot while we were there, and the pools were dirty, although afternoon storms had just rolled through, so not much they could do about that, unless someone immediately came out to clean them. Overall it was okay, but I’d probably find someplace newer in the area to stay.
