the room was spotless and staff were courteous and very friendly. Fridge did not work, toilet stopped flushing every evening but started again in the morning. The room was very warm and could not start the air conditioning.

It is situated on a building site due to new Hard Rock hotel . We werent advised in advance and the disruption was immense throughout . Amenities can be improvised a lot. It's a spa hotel and even if people pay so much, they still have to pay more to avail spa facilities like sauna and steam, that was disappointing as we booked it to have a relaxing time in spa.
