Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. I believe the owner's name is Guila - she is extremely accommodating, hard-working, and prepares a full breakfast with eggs, fruit, pasties, etc for all of the guests every morning. Location hard to get to (centro storico, ZTL) but the staff helped guide us to the public parking located outside the ztl -- it required dragging our suitcases over cobble stones through the market, but we survived. Once we were settled, we really enjoyed the hotel with a super helpful and courteous staff."
