Very disappointing. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom, which appeared poorly maintained and did not feel hygienic. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel, including the common areas and our room, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of this, the toilet and pipes made loud noises approximately every hour throughout the night, constantly waking us up and making it nearly impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. The room was also only stocked with one towel upon arrival. When we asked the receptionist for additional towels, the response was unhelpful and we were made to feel like we were asking for an inconvenience rather than a basic necessity. Most disappointing of all, the property looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The images were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and we would not recommend staying here.

Vi bodde på 401. Rett over gangen var heisen, og den hørte vi godt gjennom hele natten. Aircondition hadde liten til ingen effekt. Stort rom med en dobbeltseng og en enkeltseng. Badet hadde ingen vifte, og det ble veldig fort høy luftfuktighet i rommet. På takterrassen har de frokost buffet. Ikke gå dit! Det er kaffe fra automat, eggerøre laget av pulver og noen få kaker. Ikke verdt det selv med utsikt. Hotellet ligger sentralt.
