This place is old and in rough condition. I did notice they're remodeling rooms and had tree cutters there perhaps in the future it will look better. I didn't have hot water and someone came quickly to check and eventually got the hot water going. I do believe it's a work in progress to bring it up to date. The staff was nice and friendly. For the price it was ok.

Parking is bad. Noisy throughout the night with dogs barking and planes flying overhead. Beds are clean but everything is old and hotel has not been renovated. Only thing good was only $5 a night ; Staff was fast and efficient and hassle free. If you don’t mind paying $50 a night for parking, I strongly recommend going somewhere else

The good: Comfortable bed, working TV & AC. Close to the airport. The so-so: shower worked, but it was hard to find the sweet spot between hot/cold. Toilet worked, but sometimes had to lift the tank lid to get it to flush. The bad: Exterior of property appeared dirty and not well-maintained. Room furniture and walls were tired and in need of a remodel/paint job. Carpet was badly stained. Flip lock was missing the door part of the lock. Curtains and exterior screen were torn.

There were so many issues I wouldnt know where to begin. Overall the room was clean. Outside is another thing. And their conditions for getting my room were I think unethical. Namely before I could get my key Ihad to produce a credit card or cashI justfound out yesterday that they put a $100 charge on credit card even though my room was paid for and that when I l eft it would take 3 to 5 days to have the $100 put back into my card. Consequently I dont know whats going on with my cards. I have had declines on some of the cards when I knew I still had the credit. The state of the outside grounds of the place were pathic. No watering of plants so they are dying. Constant working on inside rooms, taking up. parking places. The charging for parking when there is none or having to walk a great distance to it. I am a senior with a handicap card. There was only one space for that and they charged me for parking every time I stayed.

It's very conveniently located with excellent bus connectivity to SF. Staff was helpful. We initially got a room without a refrigerator and microwave but later they upgraded at minimal cost with these amenities. IHOP is at walking distance and Costco is close by. If you rent car from Fox, then it's 2 minutes driving distance away.

The location of the place is excellent, it gives quick access to the 101 freeway, restaurant, and other places. Since this is a big hotel the parking at night it not easy to find. It place seems to be safe, and noice level was good. I did not like that the rooms is not clean , when I arrived the room small like a dog was there. I asked the staff to check the room and it did not happen. I asked twice for rooms services and it did not happened. I have to leave one day early, because I requested fresh towels and it did not happen. The room was not painted, it seems old and no maintenance is given. After my staffing there I realized that this place is for one night use, not for several days. I believe that place serve its purpose. thank you.

We booked this property as a transit hotel. The free shuttle was punctual, which we were happy about. The property is close to SFO airport, but in need of some TLC,quite run down. The beds were comfortable, and interior of room was clean. Front desk staff were adamant that check in was 3pm, not a minute earlier. We arrived at 2.45 and ourselves and other guests made to wait until 3pm on the dot, seems a little excessive! It met our needs and the price was right.

The room was super clean , staff was nice there is a washing machine and vending machine. The parking situation is not ideal it’s very hard to find parking by your room so you probably will have to walk to your room even the back lot was super packed. The location is idea 15 minutes from the main city and has a lot of food and stores about 5 minutes away. The rooms are like any other motel. Only complaint is the rooms only have one curtain there’s no blinds so it’s easy for someone to look in if you don’t weigh the curtains down w something
