Our stay was disappointing. The atmosphere felt dull and not welcoming, especially for families with children. It wasn’t the fun, happy environment we were hoping for, so we didn’t enjoy our time there. Hopefully the hotel can make improvements. The staff were so helpful in reception .

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. It is conveniently situated at the union square, just minutes away by walk to most of the touristy areas. Lots of cousine in the neighbourhood. Ubers, Waymo are all easily available. And musical playhouse is just across the street in 50m!!!!! Bathroom is spacious which is especially good for families with kids.

The property was amazing and the staff there was incredible. I lost my phone in my car and the valet staff turned over every stone to assist. And all with a smile too!
