Clean room and house keeper was friendly. Pool was not heated and not well kept with leaves in the hot tub. . We had construction noise in the mornings. Pipes were also noisy. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff were so nice!

The room was so comfortable and clean! The beds are very soft and cozy. The front desk staff is super friendly. Location is amazing to walk to pier 39 and access lots of all that is San Francisco!
