THE HOTEL IS VERY CLOSE TO TRANSPORTATION TERMINALS TO GO IN AND OUT OF SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR. STAFF ARE NICE. HOWEVER, THE DOOR LOCK IS OBSOLETE, STILL USES A KEY. A CREDIT CARD CAN OPEN THE LOCK OR ANYBODY WHO HAS A DUPLICATE KEY. I LOST A PAIR OF JELLY SHOES. I FOUND OUT ONLY AFTER I CAME BACK HOME. I THOUGHT I PACKED THEM IN MY LUGGAGE. I TRIED TO CALL THE HOTEL TO CHECK, IF ANYBODY RETURNED THEM. THEIR PHONE SYSTEM WAS ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE TO ANSWER MY CALLS. THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER IN THE BATHROOM. WE HAD TO BUY THEM. WE WERE GIVEN TWO SMALL ROUND SOAPS AND A VERY SMALL BOTTLE OF SHAMPOO. SHAMPOO FINISHED ON THE FIRST DAY. WE BOUGHT MORE. WE GOT ONE TOWEL EACH FOR FIVE DAYS OF STAY. COMMODE WAS ALWAYS CLOGGED. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE STAY, BUT THE AMENITIES SUCKS. THERE ARE CHEAPER HOTELS IN THE AREA. WE DID NOT KNOW THE DISTANCE WE HAD TO TRAVEL TO GO TO TALACOGON, AGUSAN DEL SUR. WE HAD TO TRAVEL BY BAO BAO AND PAID THE PERSONAL SERVICE RATE TO BE COMFORTABLE FOR THE RIDE. PAID P650.00 PER TRIP DAILY INSTEAD OF P130.00 EACH. BAO BAO CARRIES SIX PASSENGERS WHICH WE HAD TO WAIT TO BE FULL, BEFORE WE CAN LEAVE. I SENT MESSAGES ASKING FOR DIRECTIONS HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL BEFORE WE LEFT FOR THE AIRPORT. NOBODY ANSWERED MY MESSAGES. NO ANSWER EVEN ON THE TELEPHONE! FIRST TIME TO LOSE SOMETHING IN A HOTEL IN MY 25 YEARS OF TRAVEL. SOMEHOW, I KNEW THIS WILL HAPPEN. THEY KNEW WHEN WE LEAVE. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL.

Das Hotel um die Ecke buchen!

Besser nicht hier übernachten! Alt und nicht auf dem neuesten Stand!! Die ganze Einrichtung ist aus dem letzten Jahrhundert und nicht gepflegt! Der Fernseher kann nur Schneebilder liefern!

Average but acceptable

Stay one week with my wife. Some bad things , first there are few hiden rules , like no visitor in room , or surcharge for alkohol brought from outside, please look full rules i enclosed picture of it.Hotels.com supposed to informe customers about that on the description.Window in the room was just blinde and face brick wall, look picture, that also supposed to be described. Room.old and need paint, tv was ok , cleaning daily but upon request.Often black out , but they have generator so no problem.Internet was slow , but working. Outside very noisy and many traffic , mostly tricycles , but inside quiet place. Overal, not perfect , but in compare to other landmarkes in the town , still acceptable.
