Great place to stay to discover San Pancho. Just a short 8 min walk from the beach in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff and sparkly clean I wished we were notified that the pool wasn't available due to maintenance.

The hotel was such a cute little space to stay. We went with our kids, and it was perfect! There’s also a coffee shop on the bottom floor that is open early and closes late so it’s perfect for early morning coffee and any late night cravings!

This is hands down one of the best places to stay in San Pancho. easy walking to everything, staff is superb and bilingual, and really just lovely. The pool area could use a little power washing with all the birds around but in general, this is a great place to stay.

Loved our family stay at this Btq hotel in San Pancho! From check-in the gentleman at front desk was extremely welcoming and accommodating, the room had a minimalist decoration with plenty of space and a balcony to either dry your clothes from the pool and beach or simply sit for a while. The pool was a hit with our children and gave us a safe haven from the sun as there was shade from trees and the umbrellas. The cafe/restaurant is excellent with high quality food and friendly service which was not always the case in SP, Altea, Lo de Marcos, Los Ayala and Los Guayabitos. Overall a definite thumbs up for Agua de Luna and their staff.
