"My husband and I were returning from a cruise, so we arrived early to the hotel. We were staying an extra night to visit with our son who lives in So. California. We expected to have to wait to get into our room, but we were pleasantly surprised when the very kind clerk said they had a room ready and we were able to get into our room immediately!! Our son came to visit and we were able to visit in the beautiful courtyard at the hotel. Overall this was a fantastic experience!! Highly recommend!!"

Just kudos to the front desk people I miss not seeing art one of the managers on this stay but I'll see him next time and I always stay there before I fly out of San Diego so I know where I am safe and sound and I can get to the airport. It's some ungodly hour in the morning and they always take such good care of me and the beds are amazing."

"My stay was great. I stayed with my service animal for a business trip. They have cleaned up downtown and it is so safe to walk around now. Especially, in morning and at night. Also, they accidentally charged me a pet fee and I called them and they instantly refunded it. The front desk has been very helpful and made our stay very smooth. The A/C worked great, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I did not park a car, but the valet was in front and it seemed easy. My business partner picked...

"Great property with wonderful views of the Marina. Wonderful bay front park accross the street great for walking and jogging and beautiful views of downtown. Spacious rooms. Everything was great. The AC was not as cold as we would have liked but everything else was great. Near alot of restaurants and shops and quick drive to airport."
