"I would like to give special recognition to the gentleman at the reception who made such a wonderful impression on us. From the moment we spoke with him, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine. His name is Zijan. What impressed me most was how proudly and enthusiastically he spoke about the hotel. You could really feel that he enjoys his work and genuinely cares about the guests and the hotel he represents. He was very knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent customer service is not only about being helpful—it is also about making guests feel comfortable, valued, and welcome. He certainly did that for us. He is a wonderful representative of the hotel, and employees like him are one of the reasons guests would want to return. "Had an Amazing Time , Sisters Trip /Birthday Celebration!The Food Was Delicious And Wonderful Staff! Grounds Were Nice and Clean .The Pools Were Fantastic! The Rooms Were Spacious. The Beach and The Views Were Spectacular.My Sisters and I Are Going Again Next Year!"

"Spectacular stay , only critique is bed can be a bit more comfortable but not docking points cause everyone likes different mattresses and that can be a me thing. Close to everything and walking distance to many shops and restaurants , staff were great breakfast phenomenal and cocktail hour was great too! Looking forward to my next stay already."
