Great stay! Perfect for a family of 4, breakfast had options. Room was clean and updated. Have option for laundry if you need it. One of my only cons was none of the side doors were working to get in, you can only use the main entrance and that was tough for bringing in luggage and coming and going. Otherwise it was a great stay.

This hotel was in a great location for our trip. It was close to the zoo and SeaWorld. One downside was that the hotel charged $27 per night for parking.

Room was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was very basic I wish they had a bit more variety, the pool was not as warm for a heated pool and there were no towels on all four days we were there. You have to ask for towels at the front desk which defeats the purpose of having the amenities. Overall the hotel is good just not great, I would recommend for anyone traveling with kids.

Very nice when you first step in BUT when you get in the room you notice so many things aren’t clean and is given the “landlord special”. Sheets had a bunch of hair on it and when asked to change it the housekeeping was rude. Carpet is sticky and isn’t vacuumed. Needs to be dusted ,And a serious deep clean. The space of the king suite is nice especially with a toddler and it’s nice to have a pool. But everything else sucked

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The floors were not very clean in the lobby and elevator. The bed was quite soft and uncomfortable. The shower curtain was too short resulting in water on the floor with showering. There was no fan working in the bathroom, making drying of towels difficult.

This hotel was above what I expected. The staff was very kind and helpful. The managers were very patient and understanding. Don’t hesitate to speak to any of the staff if you need help with anything they will go out of their way to help you. The breakfast and managers reception had decent food. The hotel is pretty clean. The amenities decent. I will definitely come back here again in the near future.
