"The check-in was horrible. The male with the Padres jersey on 5/20th ignored my Bonvoy membership and would acknowledge parking options. He said “ the room is not ready”. Finally got notification that room was ready … it was unclean.. next day we were to meet relatives but were delayed because (this is a truly a joke) the shower had empty bottle of conditioner. It took several calls and no 45 minutes later, we received conditioner and the body lotion never made it to the room. Dirty, bad service and wasn’t able to shower. What a shame!!!!"

"The property met our needs and was located near Seaport, little Italy, and the Gas Lamp. The property is old and is noticeably older than other nearby resorts. We stayed in tower III and it smelled old and had bubbling carpet. Room amenities were average. We also had mixed results with staff. Some were helpful and some seemed very annoyed. There were also several folks that called themselves concierges and they kept approaching us with various offers that required a tour. I don’t think I would stay here again."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Paradise Point Resort & Spa! The beach access was beautiful and made it so easy to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We especially loved spending time at the pools — they were clean, fun, and perfect for both relaxing and family time. The resort had so many great amenities that made our trip feel like a true getaway. We would definitely love to come back again!"
