"It was confusing to get to the proper reception due to address confusion. Once we found it, our host did provide me with a room on the eighth floor, however my view was of the marina and airport instead of the bay. Which is what I thought I paid for. Bed was clean and comfortable, so is the room. "
"We changed room on the first morning as the one allocated the previous evening wasn't suitable, due to noise from outside air ducts and as we were staying for over a week we wanted it to be right. The new room was perfectly fine in size but possibly hadn't been used for a while as it was a little dusty in places. The bathroom had a sliding door which was quite noisy to open and close especially at night. No bathroom window but then neither did the first room as internal. This particular room was quite noisy outside as backed into Pacific Highway so road and trolley noise most of the time. Reported that bedside lamp and clock stopped working. These came back on in the middle of the night but went off again the next day so possibly a loose connection somewhere! Lots of corridor and door noise outside the room, mainly it seemed from housekeeping who's store was located next door. Unnecessary banging we would say and early on in the morning which disturbed us on more than one occasion. "
