"We were very disappointed in our stay here. We had nothing but issue after issue. I booked and paid for a corner room with a view and the view was of the dumpsters. They said they would move us but we had to stay in that room for the first night. They did move us for the remainder of our stay- until the toilet in our new room broke and we ended up the last night in a regular double queen room (no corner or view). So three times we had to move rooms- only got to stay in a corner view room for two nights even though we paid for all 4. Our rooms keys randomly wouldn't work multiple times, my family would be soaking wet from the pool, unable to get into our room while I went and stood in a 30 min long line to resolve it- TWICE during our stay. Parking was $50 per night but there were never any spots available if you came back in the evening so many times we had to find street parking. They did comp our parking thankfully. Just overall wasn't the relaxing vacation we were hoping for since we never got to really settle in with moving 3 times. I would not stay here again."
