The hotel exceeded our expectations. Paul, who welcomed us on the first day, was extremely helpful. He found quick solutions to even our smallest problems. Many thanks to him. The rooms were very spacious, with high ceilings, airy and designed in a modern style. The rooms were clean. The lady who prepared breakfast in the morning was also very meticulous and organized. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A hotel I would happily choose again.

One of the best stays I have ever had, the staff is so kind and helpful property is beautiful and there is a convenient shuttle to Florence. Breakfast was great and beautiful building very well maintained

Tolles sauberes und luxuriöses Hotel in bester ruhiger Lage. Wir haben hier 10 sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und frisch zubereitet mit allem, was man benötigt. Einziges Manko war die etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Bäder mit Duscharmaturen bei denen die Temperatur schlecht bis überhaupt nicht eingestellt werden konnten. In den ersten drei Tagen gab es kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen.
