Loved my stay at this hotel. Staff were very helpful. The place is beautiful and charming. Within walking distance from the city center. Breakfasts was good. A great place to explore San Cristóbal and its surrounding area.

It is a cute basic place. The ownership clearly takes pride in their business. The staff are all very friendly. The breakfast is 7am to 9am and is included in the price. The breakfast is a basic hot breakfast cooked to order. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main plaza. Before considering other options, keep in mind that the breakfast will save you time and money and the staff at this hotel really make the place special.

On my check-in the key that was given to me did not work. I had to go up & down three times in order to get a key that work. 03/26/2023 same thing I had to go four times. I asked the person at the front desk to ask someone to go with me to make sure it opens. He was given vives as no care in the world and was in no hurry to help.

RECOMENDADO! hotel muy bonito, limpio, con todos los servicios agua caliente, calefacción, ropa de cama limpia, la cama muy cómoda, secadora para el pelo , además de una cafetera con un rico café molido de la región, el personal muy amable, atentos a lo que les pides, te resuelven tus solicitudes. Te preparan tu desayuno a la hora que tú se los solicitas, el hotel se encuentra cerca de la iglesia de san Cristóbal y museo del ámbar, además de muchos negocios cerca, muy céntrico. agradecimiento especial al sr Roberto que siempre muy atento hasta el momento que salí del hotel, Sin duda será mi lugar favorito cuando regrese a san Cristóbal

El hotel es muy bonito, acogedor y muy limpio. Tiene muy buena ubicación, está céntrico y es seguro al caminar. El personal es muy atento en especial el sr. Roberto, todas las dudas que tuvimos las resolvió y nos apoyó en todo. Recomiendo ampliamente el hotel.
