What a cute little hotel. The outside area is adorable. There are lots of amenities. Close walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My room was clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

La vista a los jardines es bonita, el único detalle con eso es que en temporada alta ocupan los jardines como estacionamiento. Además se escucha mucho ruido alrededor. En cuanto a todo lo demás muy bien

El hospedaje está bien. Recibes lo que pagas. En las fotos de la habitación se presentan foto de que tiene tina el baño. Realmente no lo tiene y no les interesa si es publicidad engañosa o no. Las camas están muy duras.

La ubicación está excelente, me encanto que tiene estacionamiento, que está todo cerca. Lo único que cambiaría es colchones más cómodos.

Bien en general aunque no me agrado el cobro de el control tuve que pagar 100 pesos, adicional a esto no tenían plancha para ropa esto lo maneja cualquier hotel sobre todo si es una suite, al llegar al hotel no tenían notificación de mi reservación

Nice facility with moist rooms and bad management

The hotel facility is good. The rooms are very moist and cold! Makes you sick! We needed to cover up with like 4 blankets. Moreover, we stayed there 6 nights and on last day I asked if we can checkout half hour late cause we were very tired from our 20 hour tour the day before, they said no! Then we left the luggages with the management in the luggage room, they said they charge for every piece of luggage! It's not about the value of the money (we left more than that amount as a tip for the luggage helper).. but I have never seen that kind of service in any hotel, and I have been in plenty. From a hotel that is relatively expensive compared to Mexico, I didn't expect that kind of service and it's not justified!

La app de hoteles. Com no cumplió con lo publicado en su página. Yo pagué una suite y al pagar resultó ser una habitación estándar, tuvimos que pagar una diferencia en el alojamiento 🛌 para obtener la habitación deseada. Cuidado al pagar, no cumplen lo que ofrecen.
