Couldn’t find my reservation

The hotel couldn’t find our reservation and wasn’t very helpful in solving the problem. Front staff didn’t speak any English and wouldn’t try to communicate via google translate. When another (Spanish speaking) couple showed up with the same problem and complained a little “harder” than I was able too - it got things moving and we were setup in another hotel.

Regular

Property located in an excellent location. Parking next to the property. No restaurant. Reception staff not helpful. Staff not helpful or interested in helping to solve room problems, in may case the heater was not working properly and was unable to solve this. Other small issues that can be overlooked but accumulate at the end of the stay.
