Las habitaciones están muy limpias, creo que deberían tener un poco más de variedad en la comida, deberían tener shows más variados, el kids club súper recomendado las trabajadoras de allí muy atentas a mi niña le encanto, los trabajadores eran muy atentos también. Lo único que creo que deben mejorar es variedad de comida y shows en la noche. Por lo demás todo está bien.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would gladly recommend it to other families. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The luggage attendants were friendly and helpful, making a great first impression. We also loved the thoughtful welcome gifts—sand toys and balloons for the kids, and champagne and fresh fruit for the adults. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless, and the grounds crew deserves recognition as well. The palm trees, gardens, and outdoor areas were beautifully cared for and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The golf carts made it easy to get around the large property, and the Family Selection pool was always clean and well stocked with towels. We also enjoyed the restaurants and found the food and service to be very good throughout our stay. A special thank you to our butler, Juan, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the resort's commitment to the environment. It was great to see recycling efforts and a focus on sustainability around the property. Most of the staff members were friendly and hardworking. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more employees speak at least basic English. At times, communication was difficult, which made getting information or assistance more challenging than it needed to be. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. We cannot wait to visit soon again.

Amazing staff, good food, clean facilities

We stayed at Zel for one week in June 2026. Overall it was a pleasant experience, suites were quite nice, it was quiet and private. The swimming pools were ok, a bit dated where you notice some wear and tear but generally ok. If you are looking for a quiet and private vacation you won’t be disappointed. We used the tennis courts (not included), gym and those were top notch. One nice thing I would say is that you also get access to the neighboring resort Palma real and their facilities, so if you like more of a party vibe then check that out daily. The food was good overall, but I never understood why there was no mango in the buffet fruit section, but when I asked for it they brought it out. A few reservations though, considering that Zel is one of the premium Melia brands. We arrived at around 3:30pm, and were starving ss you may expect after running through airports and traveling for over 6 hrs. To our surprise it was hard to find anything to eat, the buffet was closed, just some pizza slices which I don’t really care for. We went to have dinner at Nokyo restaurant, the hostess kept us waiting to be seated for 15 min and accommodated everyone else who came after us. That’s not acceptable so we left. Food at Tacorini is ok but often you don’t get what is advertised in the menu, there are items missing in the plate. Most sides default to fries so make sure you ask. There is a fee for beach bali beds but some are ripped, pillows missing and not enough free umbrellas and shade
