"The first room they gave us was dirty and had a dead roach on the floor. Also didn’t have hot water. The second room was cleaner but still water was not hot and room had very poor lighting. Shower head has to be replaced as it splashes everywhere except directly down. Pool areas were nice. "

"Everything was great at the site. Beautifully appointed with lacquered wood, stucco, and tiles. The grounds are also beautiful. The host, Victoria, was unusually obliging. Can't say enough about this one.
The downside is that Expedia booked two rooms for me and I was charged for the one I didn't need. "

"Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel. "

"Es una muy buena opción el lugar es lindo y muy bien acondicionado el apartamento.
Solo aconsejo explicar mejor lo de limpieza y por ejemplo botar basura donde hacerlo, ya que solo tienen una recepci ón y si uno pregunta es como : usted está en apartamento es diferente pero no explican nada. "
