Pros: clean, comfy, staff very helpful and friendly, great location. Cons: bathroom could be more spacious but that is minor and all Argentinian hotel bathrooms are about the same. I would stay here again. Very enjoyable.

Location was fantastic and the breakfast was truly amazing. The hotel facilities were a little disappointing though. The room needs a furniture upgrade and please put a bedside table between two cots. Bathroom though clean, needs an upgrade especially toilet facilities.

Beautiful on the lake. Awesome swimming pool. Close enough to the center of town that we could walk, maybe three blocks. We felt safe at all times. Our room was cleaned and left spotless everyday. We loved our stay in Bariloche.

The location was great and the lake is beautiful. We had a wonderful view thanks to the upgrade. The facility was pretty tired and definitely not a 4 star property. There was mold on one wall, a hole in another wall and the room smelled musty. Big shout out to the front desk team - they are great and provide excellent service.

We stayed here two different times. The first time in a superior room with lake view, the second in a more economy room. If you can, upgrade to the superior room. For a relatively small difference, ~$45 in our case, the superior room was, well-superior. An amazing view of the lake , very spacious, and a jet tub. The other room felt very cramped and of course no gorgeous view. Both times the service was very gracious and the breakfast was excellent. I also highly recommend a sunset drink at the bar. They make a nice pisco sour.
