The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around.

Difficult to find the hotel as Goo*** Maps guided me to a different . Explained the situation to hotel front desk and it seemed they were aware of the issue but not sure if they did something to correct. Check in was fast and hotel is nice. Room spacious and nice view.

Beautiful Patagonia. Breathtaking views. Worth every cent! You'll certainly, won't regret!! Amazing! Bahia montaña is really nice. A little bit cold the inside pool to my taste, especially if you come in winter time. Good breakfast. Really great staff

Descaso.

Houve como foi divulgado a nivel nacional que não so a cidade de Bariloche, coma a região de Villa Angostura e San Martin de Los Andes, ocorreu uma nevasva, que não acontecia há 22 anos, tantos as estradas, telefonemas, eram impossiveis. Eu e minha familia, não conseguimos sair de forma alguma de Bariloche, tinhamos duas dias no Hotel contratado por esta operadora, sei que era uma tarifa que so poderia ter sido cancelada ate 30/06, mas houve um contratempo enorme, a qual não tinha opção. Reservei este hotel justamente por conta das minhas filhas que são pequenas, iá aproveitar, ficamso presos no hotel, sem ter como sair, aeroportos fechados, paguei varias diárias extras pela impossibilidade de se deslocar, so conseguindo chegar em casa hoje. Visto o ocorrido peço que reconsiderem a situação. Grata Ynes Cosmo
