"One of the best locations on Ft Myers Beach"

"It was very clean, People was kind and the view was perfect. The pool is too small and the breakafast can be better"

"I love Matanza. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything. I enjoyed sitting on the canal/bay and seeing all the wildlife, especially Manatee! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was perfect!"

"Los anfitriones estuvieron presentes para cada ocasión en que los necesitamos. Aunque tuvimos un ligero inconveniente con la primera habitación, luego fuimos colocados en otra que cumplió nuestras expectativas. También queremos destacar la atención de la anfitriona cubana en el desayuno."

"Very convenient, clean and reasonably priced"

"Habitación"

"I was yelled at about fishing off the dock by the lady with tattoos and paper clips in her nose. Her “bedside” manner prompted a “harsh” response from me. She could have handled this differently with better diplomacy. Regardless, the lady who checked us in, helped us with a couple requests and answered our questions was “exceptional”. "Buen servicio"

"The property is off site and you MUST read all information or check in will be very challenging. Staff member I spoke with was great - but this is an off site property and I wasn’t aware (my fault). In a neighborhood that looks a little sketchy….."

"Room was great. Very clean and the grounds were great!"

"Very comfortable and convenient location!"

"Todo moderno y limpio, buen desayuno buffet. Cuarto y baño limpios. Agua bien bien caliente."
