"Great hotel and convenient to so many things "

"My family was very disappointed that the swimming pool was very dirty and cold. The jacuzzi was also dirty, cold and completely out of order. We all wanted to use it to relax and enjoy. I told the front desk and she did not really care about it. Big disappointment."

"Did not like all the soft lighting in the rooms. Bathroom very much needed a fan to combat steam and longer shower curtain. One of the elevators constantly jumped."

"One of the nights we stayed in two different rooms and the floor was sticky from a soda spill or something liquid sticky try to get the housekeeper’s help, but they did not understand. English went to the office. The gentleman at the front desk grabbed a mop and mop the floor for us still ended up finding several sticky spots, but the fact that he jumped right in I really appreciated it."

"The fact you couldn’t have beer in your room , I won’t be back , pool was closed because of minor wind and you had no black tea for the mornings , asked for a tub upgrade and it was 100 extra per night. That’s ridiculous…The customer service excluding all the above were very friendly! Good people "
