Was here for business for 2 days and this hotel was like having a small apartment. Hotel looked new, lobby was clean, nice amenities, front desk staff was very nice, and the rooms were pretty good size, beds were comfortable and had a small kitchen with full size fridge to put my drinks and food in.

The front desk staff is awesome and the rooms are huge and have a lot of amenities. We did have a terrible problem with the motion sensor light and the front desk staff had no idea how to help us -- it came on every time we moved and woke us up all night. If there are these technologies in the room, someone onsite should know all about them and be able to fix. And the walls are very thin. We got to know our neighbors extremely well.

The room was nice but staff only cleans room once a week and they never made it to my room over 13 day stay. I did not appreciate having to remove my own trash from the room. On the bright side kitchen was nice and bed was comfy.

We were eventually told it was ready after we asked, but it felt like they just didn't know where to check. We inquired about a late check out, and was told she'll call. But we were not called.

Beds make too much noise and moves around too easy, so much I got a noise complaint sent to my room! I’ve been in hundreds of hotels and NEVER had a complaint until this stay! Next time I’m taking my services elsewhere!! Staff are very friendly though, clean facilities.
