"Power failure first night. Generator didn’t kick on automatically. Paul came an hour later and made work. The pictured property is not exactly what you find out. Gives the wrong impression. "Front Desk was incredibly slow at checking in . Was there over an hour being second in line. Asls I requested for an additional pillow and never got it The food was amazing and the pools were amazing! Very clean and peaceful"

"Beautiful atmosphere and environment! The rooms are enormous and immaculate. The grounds include being surrounded by greenery-a little piece of the countryside. The restaurant on the premises was very convenient for our party of 11. We arrived late- we were thankful it was still open…staff were thrilled to receive us close to closing. Please keep in mind the restaurant -I was told -is closed Monday and Tuesday. Also no hot water for showering. Other than that we all were thrilled with our stay....

"The property is currently undergoing renovations and there are construction workers working/noise during the day. The Casita we stayed in had just been renovated. It was nicely done, the new upgrades like the TV and furnishing added a nice touch to the overall experience. We have stayed before and it’s the perfect place to relax and disconnect."
