This True by Hilton is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. My initial experience with staff was not very welcoming. Thereafter, the next morning, staff was really friendly. My room floor was sticky, there was a light bad smell in the room, cigar like. I woke up in the middle of the night with my fave near the pillow, which smelled like sweat, not mine. The hallway carpet on my floor was dirty, clearly it had not been vacuumed in some time. The coffee was great! The breakfast bar was average. Staff didn't ask about my stay so I didn'tshare. I would give this place another shot but they need to step up their game on cleanliness.

As always the Tru hotels are a good place to stay, myself and wife travel a lot and we like to stay at Tru because they offer a great value for what you paid, but lately we've noticing that the breakfast offerings have dropped in quality and variety. Besides that the hotel is good

We stayed here while attending a wedding at the nearby JW Marriott, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The location couldn't have been more convenient — just a short distance from the venue, which made getting back and forth for the wedding events effortless. Value: The pricing was exactly right for what we got. No surprises, no feeling like we overpaid — just a fair rate for a solid stay. Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was extremely clean and comfortable, which made a real difference after a long day of wedding festivities. Everything felt well-maintained and inviting. Overall: For anyone attending an event near the JW Marriott, this hotel is a smart, comfortable, and affordable option. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Brought my wife and 9mo. old baby along for a week of work in SA. Her feedback was mostly positive. The room was a bit muggy/humid. A/C smelled a little. It seemed to get very hot in there durning the day. Pillows were plentiful. Both our eyes were scratchy-eR than normal waking up the first day. Both sides of the towels were soft. Good water pressure. Toilet paper was THIN. And the toilet flush valve slammed shut after you pressed the button. Breakfast was good. Lots of options. Elevator had nice buttons. One was broken but not for our floor. Parking was close and very available. Staff were all attentive and friendly. Jenga was missing a few blocks and the foosball table was missing players somehow. Overall, 7.5/10. CHEAP and good spot to stay for work.
